Zig Ziglar is reknowned for his motivational and life skill books. This book of quotes is a wonderful collection of thought provokers. From the profound to the humorous, there seems to be a good one for all sorts of circumstances. After having run a 'Thought For The Day' email service among friends for a couple of years I have seem many good quote collections. This is one of the best.

If quotes, inspiration, humor is what you are looking for, you will be happy with this. It is what you would expect by the title and good to look through every so often. Not one that you would read front to back but to have around, flip to a couple of pages, read and put down until next time.

This man has been around a long time. I remember being read his ideas from my Dad decades ago! To be given this book which is so fresh and good. Each quote can be used as an affirmation or a motivational statement to lift you up.

If its motivation, inspiration, or a change in attirude thats needed, this timeless treasure will help. Inprove your relationship, your health and as you know as you improve your inner world =the outer reflects this.

Get this book! Its a wonderful reminder!

Ziglar provides 250 quotations that he has put into six categories; attitude, self-image, goals, motivation, success, and relationships. Although many are moving quotations by prominent people in history, Ziglar offers nothing other than their presentation leaving the content of this book well below expatiations.

If you are seeking to just find pertinent quotations, you will be far better served utilizing a quotation dictionary. I cannot express my disappointment enough regarding Zilglar's willingness to merely gather some quotations and pass them off as a book.

As a former salesperson, I have seen Zig Ziglar up close and have watched his videos many times. This book does a great job of bringing his words to the reader. However, there were dozens of other authors in this book other than Zig Ziglar, which was surprising. Not a bad surprise, just surprising. I guess it was not what I expected, though it was a great book overall so I gave it five stars. It covers a wide variety of topics, and was pretty enjoyable.
