Even though this book is slightly dated it really does help me figure out how to get through the big transition areas -- complex intersections, changeover from one trail to another, etc.

A great addition to any cyclist's library. I've ridden about half a dozen of the suggested rides already... and have ridden through neighborhoods I haven't seen before - and I've lived here over 30 years!

Anyone who has a road bike and uses it in metro Denver should buy this book.

I was exactly the rider Jay P.K. Kenney described -- stuck on a couple of trails, primarily the Cherry Creek reservoir loop -- which I did over and over. I'm not in a cycling club and like to just hop out of the garage and start going. I did my first ride based on this book yesterday - the B-C-V Loop - and it was brilliant. Very well mapped, accurate, interesting, a pleasure from garage to garage. This book's a gift to Denver riders, really -- how many cities have a similar book? If you ride, buy it.
