Used a suggestion from book in a meeting a week after I received it and was totally pleased. Great if you need to break the sameness of those required meetings.

It is good but I was expecting more
I was expecting more quick insightful exercises. The ones that you use for 30 seconds / 2 minutes and you "touch" the minds of your audience, opening them, helping them changing paradigms...

As a trainer I was looking for a book to help me keep my trainings fresh and find ways to close my trainings in a way that reinforces the key points. This book provided me with excellent ideas that I could use that were practical and creative. I also liked the way in which the activities were outlined. It was easy to follow and understand.

Every seminar/workshop/meeting can benefit from at least one of the ideas in this book. Some of the suggestions may appear silly, but there is nothing better than breaking out of the mold to get people involved and energized. I have found that the ideas for activities have been very useful for all types of meetings that I have sponsored.

I need ice breakers for business meetings not training....this entire book is for trainers. I'm a little more than disappointed that the description did not clarify this, nor was there an opportunity to view a sample of the contents. My own fault thinking the cost was a little more than the other choices....so perhaps it would be filled with more variety. Sorry I purchased this....
