Finally--a real-life program for real-life couples!,

While we certainly have no shortage of generalized workout and nutrition programs, until Dan and Jennifer filled the void with The Great Shape-Up Program we did have a serious shortage on fitness routines designed by and for couples. We all have days when our get-up-and-go is gone, so what better way to stay on track than training with someone who knows all your excuses and loves you anyway. Thank you Dan and Jennifer for giving me and my husband nutrition and workout guidelines that work with our busy lives!

Dan and Jen provide easy to follow practical tactics to keep you fit and strong. Everything from healthy food choices to strength training is covered in this program. Dan and Jen gave me a new perspective on how to eat well, and build strength. I've lost 20 pounds!
