Especially liked unearthing the truth behind the "wall" in Wall, Texas! And the Viking epsidoe was very well done. More science, less fringe science this season (so far).

It's great to find out the truth of this country's history. The BS we have been taught in school about our history is almost laughable. We need more people like the forensic geologist, Scott Wolte. Great episodes! Can't wait for new ones. It would be great to find historical facts for other countries, as well, such as the Adam's Calendar and the surrounding ruins in South Africa.

Probably the best thing about this show is that it encourages you to think outside the box. It challenges us to think about how the roots of our country extend far beyond 1492. Wolter makes you think of things on a deeper level, even when you are only getting a taste of it during his show. It is fun to google terms he uses and compare what other scholars have said and why. Then you can buy or check out a book and explore topics that make you curious. Anyone who is a scholar or scientist knows you can't put much evidence into a 45 minute window of time. But, you can increase interest and encourage people of all ages to think critically-whether you agree with his theories or not. It is by pushing the envelope and thinking globally that we grow. It is by challenging what we have been programmed to believe that we learn the value of stepping back from ethnocentric thought patterns to embrace the reality of our country's past.

I love archeology, and this show put a brand new spin on it...it is in the USA!! Not Egypt, or South America. I have always known that
their were ancient cultures here, that pre-date the Native Americans. I am an avid hiker and explore a lot off trail places.
I have seen ancient wall and writings that I know pre-date the Native people as we know it. This show shows that.

It's main focus it on the Templars, and that is interesting in itself. I doubt he will find the Arc of the covenant, or the Holy Grail. If he
did we would already know about it without watching the show. But the Templar markings he finds are fascinating, and I have never heard about them. So it is fresh to see some new archeology, not the same Egyptian, or Mayan stuff re-studied over and over.

I hope the show keeps going. It's a big country, and I know their is enough out there to keep the show going for years.

I love this show. It researches the mysteries and myths of America's past. This is one of the only shows of its kind that actually comes to a conclusion based on actual facts and or evidence. It's a must see!

It's encouraging to know we have some true professionals willing to put their reputation on the line and turn many of the eurocentric theories on their back sides. Perhaps my 4 year old will learn a more accurate version of American history, and not the version crammed down my throat in school. I only wish Scott would do a special where he gives us updates of prior episodes.

After watching several episodes, I've come to the determination that the Smithsonian Institute is evil. Aside from the commercial break pauses, the show is interesting and makes you wonder if we truly should rewrite some of our American History.
