5.0 out of 5 stars Little Jewels of info
This is a great book to read when you want just a little bit of information at a time. Each chapter or article is well written by an obvious expert on the subject. It stays on my nightstand so that I can pick it up for some quick motivational reading anytime!

3.0 out of 5 stars From one of the writers
There are many thousands of books about nutrition, and most only add to the confusion. I have an interest in this one, because I wrote chapter 14 "Know Your Good Fats." This chapter, at least, will hopefully clear up much of the confustion and counter a lot of misinformation. This review is from: 101 Great Ways to Improve Your Health (Paperback)
An easy-to-read compendium of leading edge options for improving our health, and the health of our loved ones... simple advice that you will not find in the mainstream pharma-medical community. The vast authorship represents a wide variety of fields that help us overcome problems, and promote a more enjoyable life with less intervention. This book is great for gifts, and will be in my library for years to come!

This chapter, at least, will hopefully clear up much of the confustion and counter a lot of misinformation. As I read the rest of the book I found some chapters very good, and others would be useful for anyone who wants to view a spectrum of alternative therapies. I think the reader would benefit more from this one than from best-selling "YOU ON A DIET." I feel more favorable toward HONEST NUTRITION, which has information gleaned from many good souces, and I wrote it.
