I had this coloring book as a girl growing up and enjoyed the intricate drawings and the stories that went with each great woman. That said, I had terrible handwriting and small motor issues, so it was very difficult to color the pictures as beautifully as I had pictured them. So this would be great for an older child who enjoys fine motor activities, not for a very young child or a child who has difficulty staying inside the lines. However, despite the challenges, I still loved this book and have enjoyed giving copies of it to the daughters of friends, to rave reviews.
