I ran three businesses on my own and trained Martial Arts on the side as well. However most of my work was in front of the computer, and I packed on the pounds with the stress.

Well thanks to this book and taking some time back with real ab focused training I am already down 2 waist sizes and on my way back to my size 32 pants. I have trusted Grandmaster Gambordella for years and this is one of his greatest books on fitness. It is no BS, direct, and clear with the majority being pictures that anyone can use to model. It is not as good as having the video but it is a great reference, that anyone can learn from.

He also wrote a book on becoming a perfect 10 which I hope he gets back in print soon. It was a great guide as well. This is a great book focused on the abs and has helped even an old pro get shed some unwanted inches.

No matter how much you know about fitness sometimes just following a master of fitness step by step, will help you break some bad habits and some poor training methods. I already know most of this from my 25 years in fitness, but I needed the hand up, a detailed plan to follow to help me get fit again. It was like hiring a fitness trainer to help you over a rough spot. When the picture on the cover is your instructor you know that he really knows what he is teaching.
