**Update 11/1/2011**
The light green cover is actually a protective film. After I pealed it off, its now a clear cover and shows off the beautiful Apple logo.

They don't make iPhones like they use to. I've owned the first iPhone, iPhone 3G, and now an iPhone 4S. The 4S is, by far, the most fragile with a glass front and back covers.

This was the first rugged case I purchased for my iPhone 4S. You can buy Apple or AT&T's warranty but their deductible is $150 or more. I figured I spend $10 on a rugged case and save myself some Benjamins.

I got mine for $9.98 + shipping, but that's probably because I ordered it while it was on sale on Amazon.com.

Pros:
-iPhone 4S fits in the protective shell snugly
-hard plastic inner shell
-soft silicon outer layer provides better grip and absorbs shock
-all ports are accessible, except for the micro sim
-openings for cameras, ambient light sensor, and earpiece are perfectly aligned
-displays your Apple logo on the back of the phone

Cons:
- the opening to display your Apple logo has a light green tint, I preferred a clear opening
-no instructions came in the packaging. Though it wasn't difficult to take it apart, some sort of instructions would have been useful.
-it takes more force than necessary to pull the case from the holster. No big deal since I don't use a holster anyway.

I like how the case has a included holster, and the price isn't expensive,

Pros:
- Sturdy case inside is plactic and outside is silicone for added protection
- Case is attached to the holster very tightly so it won't fall off
- Built in screen protector on the front and clear circle for apple logo on the back
- Nice grip
- I like how the silicone covers up all the open areas(30 pin connector, silent on/off switch, and headphone hole) so that the dust doesn't get into it
- Holster case's clip can turn 360 degrees

Cons:
- The case is a bit thick
- Kind of hard to pull the second piece and first piece out
- When putting the iphone on the bottom piece of the plastic it seems like it will scratch the iphone(but it didn't)
- Headphone and 30 pin connector hole is a bit small

Case is great for iphone 4S protection,I like the protective case that the phone snaps into with a built in screen protector and the silicone case protector that goes around that which has all open holes covered to keep dust and dirt out,very well designed. The holster is a little big but I can live with it,so all in all it's a great product without having to spend the money on other high end cases. Would recommend this case to anyone.
