Finding a lot of albums that I had forgotten about and many more that I never knew about. Already marked a couple pages with albums I want to hunt for. One thing though - the book I got has a different dust cover than the one pictured. The design is the same but many of the album covers depicted are different. No big deal, but it makes me wonder if the book I got is an older or newer version.

This book seems to be the greatest album covers that the authors could get rights to use. Is the Ohio Player's Fire (featuring an oiled-up woman sensuously holding a fire hose) a greater cover than Led Zeppelin IV? An album cover or Bjork staring at the camera is greater than Aerosmith's Toys in the Attic or Pump?

This book has a few interesting facts (like if you really want to know who's crotch is featured on the Rolling Stone's Sticky Fingers), but otherwise was not all that great.

I found this book somewhat disappointing. Not much in the way of mainstream, recognizable covers.

I ordered too late for my husband to receive this one for Christmas but he was delighted anyway! Arrived is great shape and was what he expected. Thank you much.

A fun book for fans of album cover art, especially those of us who remember vinyl. Great pictures, and well-written, interesting stories on the whos, whys, and hows of some of the classic album covers of the past half century.

My nephew and husband both spent hours reading and enjoying this book - they both collect record albums.
