The Jalapeno Sauce in this set is fairly mild, similar in spice to tobasco, but has a nice jalapeno taste to it. Not for everyone, it is sort of a pungent taste. Eating this sauce actually cools my mouth off from hotter sauces.The 'Original' sauce in this set is hot for most people, warm if comparing to, say, Dave's insanity and thinking of that as, "Hot!" It has a nice enough taste to enahance the flavor of certain things. Maybe it is in the range of 15000 SU? That is my best guess, relative to Tobasco and Dave's insanity sauce (~100.000 +- a lot). The "Gone Rabid" sauce is way hot for your average consumer, or decently hot for your hot sauce lover. I'd guess it is about half as strong as Dave's Insanity sauce (So... 30,000 - 50,000 SU? Just a guess, it's not published.), and tastes about the same - that is to say, not that good. I like this set. I won't order it again because it is not very interesting in terms of flavor, but it is an excellent set to get an experimenter off of hot sauces like Cholula and Tobasco and into some more advanced heat! Have fun, and like with any new hot sauce, try it ONE DROP AT A TIME!
