Every dish I have made out of this book has been extremely tasty and interesting. There is a variety of vegetable and meat dishes. The recipes involve various cooking techniques but are not difficult and do not take long. One of my favorite cookbooks so far.

I bought this cookbook several years ago. It was not until I traveled to Spain this Fall that I picked it up and started to use it on a regular basis. This has to be one of the best cookbooks that I own in my collection of over 50 cookbooks. Every recipe that I have tried (about 1/2 of the book) has come out FANTASICO! Everyone that my husband and I cooked for were delighted with the unique flavors. I don't often write reviews, but this little gem is well worth noting!
