Disappointed, January 6, 2009
This review is from: Greatest Hits 1 (Audio CD)
I was really disappointed with the cd, because I thought this was the original Commordores, not the new Commodores. Don't get me wrong, the new commodores sound good, but I wanted the original.

The seller is great. It arrived quickly. Only tip, please read who is actually singing the song.

SUCKED!, September 4, 2010
This review is from: Greatest Hits 1 (Audio CD)
Not only is this totally deceiving....but no where on the CD does it say "Remix with new singer other than Lionel Richie!" You don't notice until you open the CD & see the new singers face (JD) in the picture. Sounded cheap & like it was made in a garage. I grew up with these guys & am shocked at how they're not honest on the album cover. Take a chance if you want to hear garage disco. :) They also added words to songs....really bad. I'm sure Vol 2 is the same story.

Lionel RIchie and Company brought the cuts, August 31, 2008
This review is from: Greatest Hits 1 (Audio CD)
a Greatest Hits album that not only has classics on it, but also has a SuperStar Leader who is scary talented. Lionel Richie tore up Just to be Close to you. that fallsetto was blistering as a Winter's snowstorm. Easy was ice cold. I mean they could beat you with grooves and they sho nuff could beat you with the slow Jams. Great collection here.showcasing the Genius of Lionel Richie.
