I Love Donald Millers colloquial style of writing and would recommend any of his books for reading. The beauty of this is that you get two of my favorites, Blue like Jazz and Through Painted Deserts plus a bonus book. He is a inspiring author with a talent for story telling. Definitely worth the read/ purchase...

These three books, "Blue Like Jazz" and "Through Painted Deserts" and "Searching for God Knows What" are very well written and thought provoking.

I find these works to be very reverent and very well done. I use them as personal devotions, along with the Bible (of course!). Donal Miller's writing style is engaging and uplifting even when he is addressing difficult concepts or heart wrenching conditions.

His stories and illustrations are excellent and true to life. Some of his writing is unconventional, and I was able to rethink and reevaluate my own understandings of God and creation and other people. This drew me closer to Jesus my Savior and also deepened my faith and my appreciation for God.

To be fair, some readers might be hesitant or concerned about or by some of the stories. Donald Miller is true to reality as not always are things neat and prim and proper in people's lives. I honestly enjoyed that, because it made theological concepts applicable to real world situations.

His controlling metaphors are powerful: the lifeboat, the circus, the journey, ect.... Donald Miller uses these in effective and wonderful ways to communicate deep thought and complex issues.

If you have never read any of Donald Miller's work, it may save you some money to buy this collection first. For if you buy just one of the works, I am fairly confident, you will be back to buy more!

I highly recommend this "Greatest Hits" collection by Donald Miller.

This is a great value for 3 beyond amazing books, the book came quickly and in great condition.

Blue Like Jazz is amazing and it is followed by Searching For God Knows What plus Don's first book. I loved how they were packaged into a 3 in 1 set!! Fantastic work Don!

I will definitely use this vendor again. Great product in great condition at a great price.
