My husband and I bought this tent after looking at several on here and then checking them out in stores. We needed something that is big enough to hold our queen size airmattress (the new ones that are really thick) and our stuff and have room to spare so that we can camp with other couples who don't have a tent or for when we start a family. This one is perfect for all of the above. We set it up in the backyard to make sure it had all the pieces and we wanted to waterproof/seal the seams before we actually use it. This should help it last longer too. You can by a can of spray water repellent and sealer for about $6. The tent set up pretty easily the first time. The poles are actually different colors to make setting up even easier. The screened porch feature is really unique, I haven't seen any other tents out there that have this. The size is great too, especially for the price.

My fiancee and I bought this tent a few years ago after researching several others. This tent is ideal for a couple. There is plenty of room for a queen air mattress which leaves a good amount of space on either side for your gear. The screened in porch has room for 2 chairs to kick back and relax without being eaten alive by bugs. The only gripe I have about this tent is the lack of a floor in the porch, which can be remedied by laying down a tarp under the tent itself before setup. Setup is relatively simple with 2 people and if set up PROPERLY, it will stand up to just about anything. I don't understand reviews where people state that their tent would fall apart in the slightest breeze. The only reason this tent, or just about any other tent, would collapse under varying weather conditions, would be USER ERROR and maybe your choice of camp spots. We have camped 3X since we bought this tent and it stood up to 30-40mph winds without any issues and rain on a different trip without any water getting in, before I put water repellent on the seams. I would recommend purchasing a can of water repellent and spray the seams just in case. Better safe than wet and sorry.

My husband and I just bought this for a recent camping trip. It was a family reunion and there were at least eight tents including ours. It rained that weekend and our tent was the only one that didn't get any water whatsoever in it. It's tall; you don't have to stoop inside it, and it's roomy enough to fit a large air mattress and the screened in portion is really cool, too. We kept our daughter's travel potty and shoes inside the screen and it helped keep the bugs and water off of them.

As far as setup goes, that was done for us, so I can't comment on that, but I was told it was pretty simple. I did take it apart and that was painless. All in all, I would definitely recommend this!

Piece of junk. 1st time we've used it and it leaks like a sieve. Absolutely not waterproof. We lost almost all of our camping equipment food and clothing because it is NOT waterproof. Will never waste my money on Greatland products again. Too bad they don't have minus ratings because that's what it deserves.

I bought this for my husband for fathers day - we love camping with our 3 boys, but needed more room. We were very disappointed with this tent. We thought it was a little complicated to set up - impossible to set up alone - and when we did get it set up, a strong wind would basically knock the back side down. Very poor engineering. We thought maybe we were setting it up wrong, but my dad and brother (two engineers) set it up once, and again, the back side collapsed! We did like the front porch, but were so dissapointed that we returned it...haven't picked out a new one yet.

My wife and I bought this tent several years ago and it has been a great investment. Assembly with 2 people is quick and simple. The first time you put the canopy cover on just remember the Greatland logos go next to each other. Do that and it will line up perfect. It has never collapsed or any sections fallen in, ever. Amazing room for the 2 of us with a air mattress and all our stuff. Could easily sleep 4 very comfortably with all your gear. Screened in porch is great, but could use a floor as mentioned in other reviews, we just put down mats or rugs. ENJOY!

Our family does a lot of summer camping at Lake Powell. We have had cabin tents before and have been very happy. Our Jeep tent finally wore out so we bought this one...what a huge waste of money. It took way too much time to set it up because it kept falling in on itself. There are no crossbars to hold the tent together, so the slightest breeze would cave in the sides. The front screen area looks great in the picture, but because of the poor design, the screen just blew around in the wind. DON'T BUY THIS TENT!
