All I can say about Prof. Murakoa and his LXX lexicon is: His Lexicon is easy to read, smooth to use and accurate and plain to every student. I recommend to everyone out there who are interested in the Septuagint to pick this Lexcon up and use it throughly and immensly. I just love it!

Prof. Muraoka's magnum opus, "A Greek-English Lexicon of the Seputuagint" is a truly excellent dictionary for the student of the Septuagint, the New Testament, Hellenistic Judaism as well as the Greek language in general.
He spent at Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1964 through 1970, received a Ph.D. in study of Semitic languages. He is also an expert of Aramic language as well as Hebrew. Within my knowledge, only few scholars can compete with his linguistic erudition today. His scholastic contribution was internationally appreciated.
