I loved this book! My Middle Schoolers with low reading ability found these stories to be very exciting. They are age appropriate and follow traditional mythology.

I used this book in an English oral communication class for Japanese students. The students really enjoyed the comic-book style handouts. The handouts were so easy to make, and they were a great focalpoint for students learning to converse in a foreign language. We would read the stories in class, ask questions about the stories, have discussions, and sometimes act out skits based on the texts. The students felt it was a bonus to be learning Greek mythology while also learning to communicate in English. The stories are charmingly presented and I'm sure they would succeed in a class for students learning in their native language as well.
