Excellent
For a canned mushroom, definitely five stars. They retain a lot of flavor, unlike the canned white button type. The texture isn't perfect, just as any other canned mushroom you may have had, but all in all, worth it. I always look at the canned button type in the store and think they would be nice to have on hand, then when I use them at home wonder why I spent the...

A Little Disappointing
I was a little disappointed in these because of the color and the texture; but, they do nicely in soups and stews when I don't have any fresh ones on hand.

I always look at the canned button type in the store and think they would be nice to have on hand, then when I use them at home wonder why I spent the money. These are better than that and I will definitely reorder these when I run out.

My grocery store does not always carry anything but canned button mushrooms. I like having different mushrooms on hand for various menus. I don't always have the time to run down to the store to get the fresh ones and besides, they might not have any. These work great for me.
