This is not a Rain chain! It looks nothing like the picture and does NOT drain out the bottom. Its 1 piece. Rain overflows down the pettles. It's worth buying if you just want to hang some metal flowers from the ceiling. You get 5 flowers and a long straight chain. Every 3 links you attach a flower and so on. VERY dissapointing.

I was very unhappy with the service of this company(Christmas Central). I ordered this item for Xmas on November 30th, and it was not shipped from company or Amazon.com. I called company Dec. 16th and computers were down so couldn't find out, so had to wait for next day. I called back on Dec 17th and was told it could be shipped, but I asked for a cancellation as it was getting late for Xmas. Then Dec 17th I got an email from Amazon saying the package was shipped. This was very confusing as I had wanted it cancelled from company. Now I have to return it as it was shipped or keep it and get charged for the purchase and I already ordered 2 more items from Amazon direct. So I will becareful not to order from other companies and deal with Amazon directly as they are more reliable. I warn others dealing with other companies and not getting items from Amazon that they sell.
