I recently purchased this book because I was interested in what the author said about minor league baseball. I will tell you that I enjoyed the book, but you have to remember that it is a bit dated as it was published years ago. Nice information on owning a minor league baseball club and how the value of the minor league clubs changed, along with some history. Overall, I would recommend it if you could pick up a nice used copy somewhere, at a very reasonable price.
