This book is the best reference I've read for keeping harmfull contaminants out of our daily lives. In addition, it's an exellent reference for sorting out the many products that are damaging our enviroment. This book should be in everyone's book shelf, highly accessible, because it is going to be used a lot.

On a mission to not only eat as healthy as possible, but also to be more environmentally friendly in general, I was thrilled to read this book! It really puts into perspective the impact each of us has on the environment from products we put on our bodies, foods we eat, cleaners we think we are "cleaning" with and ways we can we can teach our kids to love and respect the environment.
