2.0 out of 5 stars Some good info, but political bias brings it all into question, July 6, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Green Jobs: A Guide to Eco-Friendly Employment (Paperback)
This resource offers some helpful information on what kinds of technologies look promising for the future and why, as well as what prerequisites and background employers will seek in a candidate.
However, right off the bat, these folks are on the global warming bandwagon, citing Al Gore, Van Jones, etc. Granted, this was written back when "the discussion (was) over" and anyone who questioned the science was a "Global Warming denier". Having just picked this up in 2010, these people are history, the science is widely acknowledged as junk and "global warming" has been replaced by "climate change". It was written through a lens of bias, and if read with that in mind, one should be able to sift out some decent, if slightly out-dated information.
