About the Author
Christopher J. Priest began his writing career with Marvel Comics. In 1982, at the age of 21, Priest was promoted to full editor on the Spider-Man titles, becoming the first African-American editor for a major U.S. comic's publisher. The mini- series that he co-wrote, Green Lantern: Emerald Dawn, reinvented and reintroduced the character of Hal Jordan, long the most popular of all the Green Lanterns.
