5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic coffee flavor
This is such an incredible coffee. I was a little nervous ordering it, blueberry? coffee? But as soon as the aroma hit me, I was hooked. And unlike many coffees, the taste DOES live up to the scent. I am anxious to try EVERY coffee flavor sold in k-cup form, but this one will definitely remain on my rotation. However, I'm not sure why the price here is so high. You'll do...

2.0 out of 5 stars Not the best
I typically don't go for flavored coffees, but I love blueberries and decided to try this.
The coffee is weak and has an artificial sweetener-type aftertaste.
I should have stuck with normal Breakfast Blend.

4.0 out of 5 stars Blueberries and Coffee Combine for a Tasty Beverage, October 3, 2009
This review is from: Green Mountain Coffee Fair Trade Wild Mountain Blueberry, 24-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
Flavored coffees are a vast improvement over the bitter, standardized coffee from the past. Manufacturers have created some tasty concoctions with their coffee, and Green Mountain is one of the recent pioneers in this crowded field. This company makes many different coffees; some more traditional in flavor and others a combination of fruit and other taste sensations. Wild Mountain Blueberry is one of the fruity blends and it ranks as one of my favorites in the fruit/coffee section of the market.

Green Mountain Wild Mountain Blueberry Coffee sounded unusual when I first heard about it. I wasn't so sure the flavor of blueberries would match the taste of coffee. But this product easily exceeded my expectations and I can now see why so many people rave about this coffee. The scent alone is very enticing, with its blueberry muffin- like nose and caramel undertones. The taste is also very nice, with flavors of blueberry, coffee, caramel, and a touch of butter. I appreciate that Green Mountain decided to go easy on the blueberry flavor when they formulated this coffee. Too much fruit flavor would take away from the contributions from the coffee. The balance here is very nice.

This coffee product is sweeter than the average brew and it would make a great beverage for a hot breakfast. My experience with this flavored coffee has been confined to the workplace, but I have sampled a cup or two in the mornings when breakfast has been served at my place of employment. The taste is perfectly compatible with most any breakfast food and it made my breakfast even better than usual.

I like coffee much more today than I did in the past, and the main reason for my newfound interest is the plethora of flavors offered by so many different manufacturers. Green Mountain Wild Mountain Blueberry Coffee is one of hundreds of flavored blends and it offers a tasty alternative to the average brew. I love blueberries, and this flavored coffee offers a nicely balanced hot beverage that tastes good with food or all by itself.

4.0 out of 5 stars Smells one way, tastes another, but thankfully both are pretty good!, January 21, 2012
This review is from: Green Mountain Coffee Fair Trade Wild Mountain Blueberry, 24-Count K-Cups for Keurig Brewers (Pack of 2) (Grocery)
My boyfriend really wanted to try this blend as he has always enjoyed blueberry flavored coffees in the past. We picked up one of the sample packs of this blend from keurig's website to give it a try. I was skeptical about how a berry flavored coffee would translate when being brewed in the Keurig. Fortunately, though, the end result is very good, although not at all like either of us expected.

From the moment this coffee begins brewing, the blueberry scent is unmistakeable. Very nice, but that had me worried that this coffee would have some sort of artificial sweetness to it. Thankfully, however, that isn't the case. While the scent may overpower you with the fragrance of fresh blueberries, the taste is a whole different thing altogether. The taste of this coffee is incredibly woodsy with a bit of a hint of cinnamon (very subtle in the latter). It's quite pleasing although totally unexpected.

All in all my boyfriend even prefers this to the coffee shop blends, which speaks volumes in my book. I think it's great and I'm sure we'll restock it when our current supply of pods runs out.

I like the Wild Mountain Blueberry for Keurig the best of all followed by Raspberry Chocolate Truffle. A good cup of coffee.

4.0 out of 5 stars Reminds you of blueberry muffins, Danish pastries and warm, flaky pies, February 27, 2011

Green Mountain Coffee has my wife pegged. This light roast and mouth-watering aroma appeases her afternoon taste for blueberry muffins and Danish pastries. She enjoys their Breakfast Blend but the sweet smell of blueberries that permeates our kitchen makes this flavored coffee her second favorite afternoon treat, next to Van Houtte Chocolate Raspberry Truffle.

Enjoyable on Keurig's small cup (5.25 oz) and small mug (7.25 oz) settings, we're looking forward to tasting this blueberry blend over ice.

Green Mountain Coffee notes on the box that it is Fair Trade Certified(tm) product, which means "you are directly supporting a better life for farming families through fair prices, direct trade, community development, and environmental stewardship."

Rating: Four stars.

BTW: Here are other K-cup coffees I recently reviewed for Amazon:

5 stars: Van Houtte Chocolate Raspberry Truffle
4 stars: Tully's Coffee Kona Blend
4 stars: Green Mountain Coffee Dark Magic
3 stars: Green Mountain Coffee Breakfast Blend
3 stars: Green Mountain Coffee Fair Trade Gingerbread

5.0 out of 5 stars I have tried many K-Cups and this is my favorite, January 1, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have tried ALOT of different flavors of K-Cups. I keep coming back to these. I run two 8 oz. cycles per K-Cup per mug for this coffee and then I add Splenda and Creamer. I do not taste artificial flavoring as one reviewer stated. This is a light-roast sweet coffee. I usually buy my K-Cups from Green Mountain dot com but they ran out of this particular flavor. I ended up coming to Amazon to purchase them (at a higher price) because I hated to be out of them! If you like your coffee light and sweet, I believe you will enjoy these.

I ordered this coffee for me since I love flavored coffee and flavored creamers. I didn't expect my husband to love it just as much as I do - this was a great choice - very pleased!
