Best Green Supplement out there--and I've tried them all,
By Marcus T. Brody (Tampa Bay, FL) - See all my reviews

I've probably spent $2,000 in my life, trying every vegetable juice powder on the market. I've even purchased a few brands that were upwards of $60 per bottle. I have to say, Gary's Green Stuff delivers. Gary's formula contains VEGETABLES, and no fillers like maltodextrin, lecithin, and acidophilus, all of which have absolutely no business being in a vegetable juice concentrate. Not to say probiotics and lecithin are bad things. But if you want to take them to address a certain condition, then fine. But when you buy a vegetable juice powder, wouldn't you want VEGETABLES?!?Many of the products I see out there these days contain stevia. Why?!? So your greens can taste abnormally sweet with a strange bitter aftertaste? No thank you. Gary's Green Stuff doesn't include any of that nonsense, and it actually works.

2010 formula tastes good,

I was surprised at the 2009 comments on the taste of the Green Stuff. At any rate, the 2010 version is further improved and now has a slightly lemony flavour. It's the best-tasting vegetable powder I have found so far (Admittedly, that's not saying much.) Still, my recommendation is to mix 1 heaping teaspoon of green stuff with one level spoon of Red Stuff (fruit powder), as well as adding 2 teaspoons of your favourite frozen juice concentrate per cup of water (e.g. strawberry or lime); while still not a gourmet food item, it's quite decent in this combination.

They changed the formula and it now tastes DISGUSTING,
By Jasmine (washington dc) - See all my reviews

My nutritionist had recommended this product partially because it was actually a pretty good tasting green supplement, and he had tried a whole bunch of them. Unfortunately for some reason, Gary Null decided to change a good formula and the "new and improved" version tastes ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Luckily for me I managed to find the old formula at Vitamin Shoppe, but I don't know what I'm going to do after the old formulas leave the shelf. sigh! Why tinker with a good thing? My nutritionist is quite upset about this as well.
