Editorial Reviews

“This volume is an important contribution to environmental communication and presidential rhetoric scholarship. Editor Peterson offers an excellent introduction that both justifies the volume and productively frames the subsequent essays. She successfully places the work in the field as well as highlights the unique contribution this volume makes in joining presidential rhetoric and environmental communication (and to a lesser extent media studies). In this volume it is a fruitful meeting. . . I profited from reading the essays and look forward to using this book in classes.”--Kevin DeLuca, Associate Professor, Department of Speech Communication, Institute of Ecology, University of Georgia
