Product Description
This lovely butter dish just feels right in your hand, the quality can be felt as easily as it can be seen. Complete with high dome cover, it features a vintage french toile design perfectly rendered against an antique white background. The hallmark is a large shield flanked by a pair of lions, each with a flag, standing on their hind legs. Generously sized, the covered piece stands 3.5" tall. The plate, featuring a gently scalloped edge, measures 7.5" in diameter (about the size of an average salad plate). The matching dome measures 5.5" in diameter. This two piece set is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with no chips, cracks, flakes, stains, crazing or rough edges.
