Too Small!,

I have been eagerly awaiting the sale of these bowls & plates. How disappointed I was to open the box and see how tiny they are! Wow, my kids are both over the age of 2 and these are not adequate to hold the food that they would consume in one sitting. I kind of figured that from a line who creates "play size" tea sets & toys, they would bump it up a size for "real" eating. I guess I should have read the description and gotten out a tape measure to make sure I was getting usable size bowls & plates. Major disappointment and they will be sent back...

Effortless Toddler Plates,
By In Search of Value (Cambridge, MA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Green Toys BPA-Free Feeding Plate (Baby Product)
I bought these plates a few months ago for my 20 month old and I find we use them all the time. They're surprisingly thick and durable for toddler plates that I find can sometimes be a little flimsy. They're also extremely easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. We have a couple of larger divided skip hop plates that we sometimes use for meals but I find that I end up grabbing these plates most of the time, especially for snacks. My son is still having at least two snacks a day and often his meals are small. The plates aren't huge but that's almost better because they're toddler sized and easier for a child who's at the beginning stages of feeding himself to manage (I also find it's better to limit what he has on his plate to start and add more if he likes it to limit possible messes). I've gone through a few different types of baby/toddler plate and bowl combinations and these are both the most simple and also my favorites of all I've tried.

Dissapointed with the quality of these dishes.,

I was very disappointed with the quality of these dishes. They are very small about the same size of a tea cup saucer. To be honest they look like toys. Would not recommend them for every day use.
