4.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic Set, With Comments..
I ordered this set for my one-year-old son's play kitchen and it fits perfectly. The size is ideal for his stove top and everything fits into his hands well. The colors are vibrant and lovely. The materials seem like they'll be very durable and they have a neat texture.

That being said, I can see room for some slight improvements:

3.0 out of 5 stars cute set
I bought this for my niece. My sister is big on saving the environment and buying things made in U.S.A. My niece is 2 1/2. She seemed to like it. She likes to play pretend cooking. My older niece (5) played with it too.

- The lid for the pot could have been made to fit onto both the pot AND the pan, which would have given it more versatility. The frying pan is absolutely the perfect size/shape, but the pot could have been a bit larger to accommodate both a larger lid size and holding more items.

- The spatula and ladle should have been given holes so they could be hung up; the frying pan has a hole, so I'm uncertain why the company didn't also give the utensils holes for hanging.

- The packing is attractive and it's promising that it's made from recycled material, but I found it surprisingly bulky when it arrived. I can think of more eco-friendly packing, but I suppose we have to start somewhere.

Overall, none of these minor nitpicks affect the quality of the set. I'm pleased with the purchase and I like telling people it's made from recycled milk jugs :)

We loved that this set if made in the USA from recycled plastic and is BPA free. The colors are a little wonky and if you're concerned about everything coordinating or matching then this may not be the set for you. My boys aren't concerned about that and my almost 2 yr old puts the pieces in his mouth so for us we are just happy it's free of all the typical plastic chemicals. Perfect size for toddler/preschooler hands. We use this with the Plan Toys breakfast tray that includes eggs, salt/pepper, cheese, etc. It's the perfect combination and fits the HABA pop open fried egg perfectly! I only wish they would come out with some other pieces, maybe a colander, etc. The amazon price on this is excellent and ours arrived very quickly. Minimal packaging that is recyclable; nicely packaged for giving as a gift, too.

My 2 year old loves this, along with other products from Green Toys. It's great that it is food grade plastic and made in the USA. I feel much better about her playing with it than all the Chinese stuff that is out there.

I was hesitant to buy this cookware at first because we try to limit the amount of plastic in our home. It's recycled though so it's more like a plastic milk jug rescue program than supporting plastic in general. Anyhow, we (my 20 month old and I) really love this cookware set. The spatula and pan are great; my daughter makes me felt fried eggs with bacon (of course) in the mornings. And she loves "stirring the soup..." with the ladle and saucepan. The color of these are great and don't stand out like other bright, primary colored toys sometimes do. The construction on these is SOLID. I seriously don't think they will ever break. This is a well made toy that sparks all sorts of creativity and gives your child room to chose how to direct the play.

The quality is impressive. They don't look like cheap plastic. The only thing i don't like is that the pots are a bit small, they are about 10cm in diameter. That's a little small for regular play foods/vegetables. It would be better if they had more pots and pans in different sizes.

I love this set! The girls (11 mos and 2 1/2) love playing with the kitchen utensils because they aren't super phony looking like some of the fisher price stuff (i realize the colors are not authentic but still very cute). Good montessori practice bc everything is made for little hands. Everything fits into a Nonni's Biscotti plastic bin, minus the pot. We also purchased the tea set and they fit into the same bin.

We bought these because we were afraid of the cheap chinese plastics that are so pervasive in kids toys. These are wonderful, sturdy, and eco-friendly packaged. great toys, cool company.

Only 4 stars because the lid on the little blue pot is made so that it is virtually impossible to lift off with the top knob, it is just too smooth to get a grip on. I fixed it my adding some texture to the outside of the know with coarse sandpaper. Small design flaw, but overall this is still a good set.

This is great, my son carries it all around the house stirring, tasting and shaking! It goes in the tub, the car, outside in the dirt... very well made, colors are accurate, this is a fun imaginative toy! It is a good size for little hands, dishwasher safe, made from BPA free recycled milk jugs, food and dishwasher safe.
