DO NOT Buy the "NEW Big Green Egg Cookbook" Released 2/2010!,

Warning! Big Green Egg just released (Feb, 2010) a new, fancy, 300-page glossy photo Big Green Egg Cookbook (for $50! sold only right now at BGE exclusive dealers).AVOID! DO NOT BUY! It's stunning how lacking it is. The first thing I'm cooking is Pork Ribs. So, I turned to the index, under "R." Hmmmmm, no "Ribs" listed?????? WHAT????? Well, maybe it's under "Pork." NOPE. Some "Asian Style" or something but no regular BBQ Pork Ribs. Well, heck, maybe they only put the recipe for Beef Ribs in. Turned to "Beef." NOPE. THEY LEFT OUT RECIPES FOR REGULAR BBQ RIBS (BEEF AND PORK)???????????????? To exclude one of THE MOST IMPORTANT, MOST-USED RECIPES from your $50 photo cookbook is just plain STUPID. I'm returning this book.
