When I got this candle, I was a bit startled at how small it seemed. I thought it would be bigger. But after using it, I have realized it's worth every penny and doesn't need to be any bigger than it is. It is lasting FOREVER, and is great! It's worth it because it's great both as a candle (for scenting/lighting the room) and as a lotion! A little goes a LONG way, and it's thick, so I prefer it on my feet and elbows but it's good everywhere. Well worth it! Highly recommended. I loved the lavender smell but I'm going to try the other scents now too.

It's small. Definitely small. Startling small. Think about what you think small is, and then divide that amount in half.
Even when I read the other reviews and knew what I was getting into, it still was fairly small. A little larger in circumference than a quarter, and about an inch and a half tall.

However, the smell is absolutely delicious, and so relaxing. It definitely burns very nicely. In addition to smelling amazing, the candle also turns into wonderful massage oil. My girlfriend loved the way that it felt, and how warm and comfortable it felt. Make sure that you let it cool off enough before removing any of the liquid. Not surprisingly, it can get very hot. Even though it was a little pricey, I would still buy another candle.

I was amused to see the other reviews compared to my experience here. The wick on these candles is smaller than a votive light, so it's little wonder that the wax doesn't melt very quickly at all (even after 10-15 minutes) and while it smells marvelous, i'm thinking some warmed up scented oil would be way easier and more effective. The candle deal is all good and well, but ...
