Tastes great and makes me feel great!

I get mine from my chiropractor but he ran out of the berry flavor so here I am!
I drink the Berry powder every morning for breakfast. I use one of those personal drink mixers. I ground up about 6-8 whole plain almonds into a coarse powder. Then I add about 3 Tbsp. of plain dry oatmeal and ground that up as well. Then I add the Greens First to that. Plus 8oz. of Plain Almond milk and half a banana. Mix that all up and I get a nice healthy smoothie shake in the mornings that keeps me pretty full until my mid-morning snack time. Even my Hubz likes this drink.
I've been taking Greens First for about 9-months now and while everyone around me has been sick, I haven't gotten sick once except for when my sister took a bite of my food with her cooties. That was the only time I caught a direct cold and it went away within a week anyway.
Greens First gives me tons of energy and keeps my immune system healthy. The Berry also has a lot of fiber so I've been pretty "regular" on a daily basis. It makes it so easy to try and eat your daily amount of veggies and fruit.
If you experience bloating or gas at first, you have to remember it's your body expelling toxins and other unwanted stuff. Eventually your body will regulate and get use to the Greens First and stop all that.
