A "little rough" on the taste is putting it mildly. I've tried mixing this product a number of ways and every time, the taste makes me gag and I can never finish the whole shake.

Which is a shame, since I rather have my vitamins in powder form and the price seemed really good compared to greens+ and other green powder vitamins. I just can't get past the taste on this.

If you have tastebuds of steel, go for it but I recommend getting the smaller quantity first to make sure you can handle the taste.

There is nothing left out of this product! Superb ingredients, great quality. It provides a great burst of energy pre-workout. The taste is a little rough mixed with water, but it blends into a protein shake with only a minor aftertaste.
