This is probably the first review I have taken the time to write on anything. But, I was so impressed with this product, that I am taking the time to voice my KUDOS for a wonderful product!

I wasn't quite sure about this "Greenworks" trimmer because I have not even HEARD of this brand name before. BUT, due to my complete dis-satisfaction with two black and decker hedge trimmers, I swore I wasn't going to buy another Black and Decker.

Although I have only had this trimmer a week, I have caught up on all my trimming that hasn't been done in over a year. I was so impressed with how easily this thing cut right through where I had to pace myself with the B/D. It cut through the hedges like butter. I was amazed! It is lightweight, and effortless!

I would HIGHLY recommend this hedge trimmer to anyone who thinks trimming has to be a chore. It was easy enough that I didn't want to stop due to darkness and I couldn't wait to finish up the next day. And, when I started the second day, it was

just as easy as the first day.

I guarantee that this is the only brand of hedge trimmer I will use from now on. I hate to badmouth a product, but I have lost faith in B/D anymore. I am just so darned glad that there is such a wonderful product with which to replace it.

I will investigating all power tools by Greenworks from now on. I truly am impressed!!!

This has no problem in doing what it was designed to do. Went through a 15 year old privit hedge like a knife through warm butter.

Love this little machine. The battery holds a good charge, it's light enough for this 60+ grandma to hold over her head, and cuts through the vines & hedges I bought it for like butter. Great little tool.

So far so good. Holds a charge long enough for me to get my shrubs in shape. Recharges in less than an hour. Good value for the money.

Love this product! Easy to use, light enough to hold with one hand if I need to, and cuts thru our small hedges & vines with no problem. Read the specs to make sure it's big enough to handle what you've got because being battery operated, you can't really push it any farther. Also bought the Greenworks cordless blower and share the battery between the two. It's a nice lightweight set.

I've used this trimmer to trim lots of bushes and shrubs in our yard and it works perfectly. One thing you have to aware of-if it tries to cut a stem too thick or it gets jammed, it suddenly STOPS! I NOTICED A SMALL, ROUND BLACK BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE HANDLE NEAR WHERE THE BATTERY SLIDES IN. THIS IS THE VISIBLE CIRCUIT BREAKER BUTTON. IF YOU SEE IT POPPED OUT, SIMPLY PRESS IT BACK IN AND THE TRIMMER WILL WORK AGAIN! I highly recommend this great cordless trimmer. It's wonderful not to have to worry about a long electric cord and the possibility of cutting it!

I have a relatively small yard with minimal plants and bushes to trim and was tired of using gas trimmers which gave me problems or using the hedge trimmer extension on my all-in-one, so i thought I would give this a try. I figured worst case, I return it, right?! I have to say, I've always been very weary of battery operated tools, but this one works great! Very light, powerful enough for my hedges and bushes and has a really decent charge life too. I would recommend this to any one needing a hedge trimmer and not wanting to deal with gas.

I have 150 ft of 6 ft high hedge to trim and I thought this would be perfect. I have used it three times so far and every time I have had to recharge it before I get done. It does not stop but slows down enough that it doesn't cut very well.

I have also had it jam up with a twig twice now where it kicked out the breaker and I had to bang it on the ground several times to unjam it.

It does save a lot of time not having to drag a power cord around and it also has a longer reach than my old corded trimmer.
