The first book of the four book series held my interest and made me want to continue on to the next three sequels. However, from that point on I felt like I was reading a Nancy Drew novel written in an R rated format. It lost all its suspense and became a very predictable 6th grade novel. Over disappointing.

Full of suspense, and a good plot, but there were a lot of grammatical errors. If you can enjoy a book without proofreading as you go, you will probably enjoy this book.

I enjoyed the stories, they are well told. They do get a litle predictable by the end, but still a good read.
I would reccomend for light reading.

The first story in this set was good, minus the religious theme that was crammed down your throat. I really wish books with religious ideas in them would be marked as such! I'm not against religion, but if I'm expecting a mystery, I don't need God shoved down my throat. The first story could have been sooooo good! I really was into it. But it ruined it for me when all the God talk wound it's way through the story. From there on out, the stories began to get predictible and drawn out. I couldn't enjoy them. There are many editing errors: Left out words, wrong words, misspells. There's some major editing needed. I really wish I could get back the two days of my time I wasted reading this box set.

One must have a favorite. Mine was "Illusion of Luck". One could really learn a lesson in real life where you never get away with the bad things you do believing that you are lucky. Lucky Larry's end was so horrible, it's a lesson within itself. This series is a must read.

SO FAR I HAVE READ THE 1ST 2 STORIES. THE FIRST WAS PRETTY GOOD, AND THE SECOND WAS WILD BUT TERRIFIC READING BECAUSE YOU JUST DID NOT KNOW HOW IT WAS GOING TO TURN OUT, AND KEPT YOU TURNING THE PAGES AS FAST AS YOU COULD. JUST STARTING ON THE 3RD BOOK. WILL GET BACK TO YOU ON IT LATER.

The stories were suspense filled. I really enjoyed thet
The Texas landmarks accuracy . I have actually travelled some of those roads and enjoyed Bluebell ice cream (a Texas favorite). I love the Christian hero and his realistic lady love.

I enjoyed this boxed set of stories they were interesting and I could put it down and come back to it at my pace. I like the Greg Tenorly character and hope that more suspense stories come out I would defiantly read them.
