Product arrived on time, still wrapped in its plastic. Great price, paid less than half of what I would have paid at my college bookstore. Would definitely purchase from again.

I purchased this item used through KentuckyInc. and it did not come with the CD ROM as stated in the description. I contacted the seller and they did not respond. I had to drop this course because the software is required for the course or you will not be able to complete your assignments! I was very disappointed with this seller for not responding back to me and for not including all of the items that you stated! I will not purchase another item through this seller.

I did not purchase anything from this user. She had a book for sell that I wanted; however, it had already been sold and was not updated on her website. When I emailed her regarding the textbook, her response was "Its sold, thanks." As a customer, I would have wanted a much nicer response such as an apology for not having updated her website.
