The members of the Gloriae Dei Cantores Schola are world renown for the excellence of their singing of Gregorian chants. In this excellent CD, they turn their talents to the Requiem Mass, which is a favorite for its beauty and complexity. Overall, I found this to be a wonderfully enchanting production - I have listened to it for hours, as I sit and work at my computer, much as the medieval monks listened to chants as they worked in their scriptoria so long ago. I think that this a wonderful CD, one that will please anyone who likes Gregorian chants.

There is nothing more peaceful and spiritual than to hear nothing but voices make beautiful music. No instruments, just human, or perhaps, angelic voices. This CD is very calming, relaxing and brings your soul to a place that only divine inspiration can take you. I highly recommend this CD to people of all faiths.
