The St. Gregory Hymnal is by far my favorite hymnal of any I have come across. It contains a very substantial selection of hymns both Latin and English that are beautifully arranged. A must have for any Catholic choir, especially for those that prefer more traditional music. While the music is especially suited for the traditional Latin Mass, it is just as appropriate for a modern Mass as well.

Warning: This hymnal only includes the text of the hymns and chants. Imagine my disappointment as I expected the music to be included!

I grew up in the Catholic Church with this hymnal. It was great to get a larger and more complete version of it.

Catholic Schools Choirs all over Puerto Rico happilly shared the many beautifull hymns in this book as the religious order to which Sister Anne Eugene belonged regented several of them. Being able, after more than 55 years, to play and listen to some of them again certainly bring memories of inmeasurable worth. I highly reccommend it to all that could have had this experience. So many wonderful things in this hymnal, but the Kindle version is a disappointment. It's difficult to navigate, and there's no music. If you want to savor the richness of this hymnal, get the hardcopy book not the Kindle version.
