low fi low fuss,

Not quite as RAWK as LAL's other efforts, but worthy of a listen even so, if only for the obnoxiously great techno-dance-number-I-created-on-my-keyboard tune "Uninvited Trumpets." Every sound on this disc emerges through a hazy mist of guitar fuzz and drone. It's worth repeated listens and heightened concentration to make out the surprisingly good sing song lyrics.
