Abandoning her ordered life in England after a broken engagement, Sally flees to Grianan, the beloved Scottish home of her childhood. Running Aunt Janey's remote country house hotel is hard work, but at least it will be a complete break. About the Author
Alexandra Raife has lived abroad in many countries and worked at a variety of jobs, including a six-year commission in the RAF and many years co-running a Highland hotel. Although she has written stories for years, Drumveyn was her first published novel, followed by The Larach and Grianan (formerly published by Penguin).
