If you are searching for an interactive workbook that will benefit you in the greif recovery progress and if you would like that workbook to be from a firm Christian position, then "Grief Recovery Workbook" is what you need. I have read through it alone, but I believe it would be best used by a group. Maybe you should lead one in your church?

5.0 out of 5 stars Helpful, August 26, 2010

I lost a friend in a very sudden manner and felt like I was drowning in grief while the rest of world had moved on. This helped me to work through my grief from the standpoint of my faith, which was refreshing. The kindle format has both its good points and its low points. The navigation is easy most of the time unless you need to start flipping back pages. It is a workbook and it's easy to make markup in the kindle or keep notes in a separate journal. Text-to-Speech makes it very accessable.
