I read a lot about other wall changers that could be purchased for under a few dollars but those had a habit of dying early on. After some research I ended up purchasing this. It works great with the Ipod Touch (3rd generation). Not only is it the touch that I use it to charge, the adapter themselves take in any usb cable so I use it for my zune (with the cable the Zune came with) and other devices that may be charged via USB connections. The car adapter is a nice bonus.

I use this for a iPod Nano 4th gen. Both of the chargers and the included iPod charging cable work with the device.

this product is perfect if you do not wish to waste money on multiple power units for your ipod. a power cord is shared between a modular wall power supply and a modular car power supply. (you use the same cord just disconnect it from each when switching between the two.)

I love this product coz this one comes with small usb attachment so you can charge other items aside from ipods although I haven't tried it on anything yet. But I think it would still work, anyway this charger is compatible with my ipod touch 3rd gen. And the best thing about this product is that I don't have to buy another one for the car.

Excellent product. Works very well. Good quality construction. I really like the wall charger with the folding prongs, very easy to carry along with you.

Bought this for my son to use on a trip this summer with his iShuffle. It worked very well - kept him charged and able to listen to his music. MUCH cheaper than buying the comparable product through Apple.

I had a brief rush of excitement about the low price of this item on Amazon. Then I read the review of Essex Technology Group, Amazon's supplier, on Reseller Ratings. At that point, I bought the item direct from Griffin for $39 plus a hefty shipping charge. And I'm glad I did; it's the real deal. Unfortunately, one has to realize that Amazon is only a broker for a whole slew of sellers, and evidently cannot be depended upon to check them out.

Griffin, as a manufacturer, has a good rep; Essex, as a seller, certainly does not. Get what you pay for.

Not much to say other that it does what's design to do and does it well! Very nice plastics and built well . Let's see if it lasts. I trust this brand though.

This charger seems to be a good buy, used it with my iPod Nano for both home (ac) and car (dc) charging. Had no issues, and comes with several adapters for different devices.

The item I received was not as advertised. The Amazon add stated that the item was "new". I received the items in a plastic zip lock bag and not the factory packaging. No receit or packing slip either. I also received two USB-mini B cables and no iPod dock connector cable. The add and included factory literature states that I should receive one of each. So the two identical cables I received do me no good with my iPod Nano. I contacted the seller and requested a iPod docking cable. If I receive it, I will remove my negative review.
