I bought this because it was inexpensive although I was a little hesitant because of the reviews that commented on the difficulty in controlling the Ipod volume. I haven't had this problem, the armband works very well for me. I use it while I'm running on the treadmill and it holds in place well. Also, my arms are fairly small and the velco straps allow for a nice fit. The downside is that the Ipod is difficult to remove, and removal is important for charging. According to Apple, these kinds of devices can generate excess heat while charging and ruin the battery life.

This fit my nano perfectly. It's also cute without being too bulky on my arm. The plastic makes it easy to change songs without getting my nano ruined if it starts to rain outside. The velcro is easily adjustable and made of quality material. Nice stretch to the elastic. Fits snug without squeezing my arm to death. Nice pink color too.
