This vertically designed unit features a 17,000-BTU stainless-steel burner and 543 square inches of total cooking space that can accommodate anything from a ham, rack of ribs, and chicken to ears of corn, whole garlic, red and yellow peppers, onions, and more--perfect when cooking for a crowd. In addition to its 4-2/5-cubic-foot cook box, the smoker comes with 12 stainless meat-hanging hooks, a cast-iron smoker box, and three fully adjustable chrome cooking racks, which can be raised or lowered as needed, or removed all together to accommodate taller items. A porcelain-coated steel water bowl and drip pan adds steam to the cooking process, so meats stay moist and juicy. Even more, individual vents on the back and side can be adjusted to precisely control the heat, while a door-mounted Accu-Temp thermometer makes it simple to check internal temperatures at a glance. Other highlights include a QCC1 hose and regulator, a rotary Piezo ignition system, an infinitely variable heat-control valve, and a heavy-duty door handle. Made of 24-gauge welded steel, the propane smoker measures approximately 25 by 22 by 43-1/2 inches.

We just received our model in the mail, and it is not as big as it says. We bought the larger model for larger turkeys, it said 22x25..it's more like 16x14! We may as well have bought the one for $100 less. We are keeping it because we need it for smoking the Thanksgiving turkey, but we are very disappointed in the size for the price we paid. We will update and let you know how it works. We had the Smokey Mountain series smoker for years but the regulator just blew out, so hoping this model will at least smoke us up some good meats and fish!

We got this and spent about 1 hr assembling it.
The first problem was that it was mising about 3 screws and washers. I had read some reviews where they complained that in a short time one of the hngles popped off. After our assembly, we took it out for it's first seasoning run. Guess what. One of the hinges popped off. So we took it back and got a refund. BUt what a waste of time.
