Nifty smoker box,

Here you will find a nice little nifty smoke box. It is stainless steel with a nice finish having holes both in the top and bottom with a lid that fits secure.I like using both chips and smaller chunks in these with some shallots and a few other herbs to go along with the wood. If your working close to your heat source you may want to put a small sheet of foil beneath this smoker box. My order was shipped in a timely fashion and was carefully packaged in a box inside of another shipping box. One of the nicer offerings out there that I have seen. |
