This is my all time favorite grilling cookbook! It is not just about hunks of meat. There are dozens of fish and seafood ideas that are really good. I can't imagine starting up the grill without first looking here for ideas. And, it is a great bargain and won first prize in a world competition. It doesn't get any better.
