This is the only publication I have seen that really gives a person unfamiliar with hispanic culture a useful insight.

I have a degree in Chicano Studies, I have worked in the fields as campesino and all my experience in Human Resources of 30 years + ...my experience tells me this book is correct!
It was real and unlike other publications that have written about the Hispanic workforce, it showed values to the reader on how to develop a strong employee relations with this dominent workforce in the industry of Labor intensive,

Mr. Monty gave me exactly what I wanted. He gave insight into Hispanic culture without making blanket statements about how "all Latinos are". He pointed out legal considerations for the employer of Hispanic workers, providing case studies and actual data. He gave an overview of current Immigration laws and looked ahead to the proposed Immigration Reform bill. He made suggestions for building good will and loyalty between worker and manager, all while remaining very readable. I highly recommend!
