About the Author

Tom Robey started canoeing at age six on the Passaic River in New Jersey. He made his first kayak trip in 1977 and his first trip to Mexico in November 1981. He has paddled rivers all over the United States, Europe and Mexico.

A useful book you must have if you're going paddling in Mexico. That being said, take everything you read worth grain of salt and scout anywhere you can't see the next safe eddy.
