These are excellent polishing pads that work extremely well with Griot's polish. Clean up of this product is quick and easy as Griot's polish is a water based product. Careful not to use this product with a petroleum based polish as it will fall apart.

These are not low quality pads that you will find at a cheap store. These things are incredibly dense and well made. These are not going to rip with little to no effort, and while I haven't actually tried to rip them (because that would be dumb), I really don't see how it would be easy to do so based on how thick and dense they are. These are incredibly well made.
