5.0 out of 5 stars Great knife set for fine cutting., May 1, 2009

This review is from: Grip-on Tools Grip 54 pc Hobby Knife Set (Tools & Home Improvement)
I bought this knife set to help with prototype assembly and rework at my job(I'm an electrical engineer). The price was right, and the variety of blades is superb. Moreover, they are all very sharp. I'm not sure how high quality the steel is, so they may dull over time, but hobby knife blades are meant to be disposable anyway. So far, I love these knives to death. The only small problem I have with them is that the latches on the case tend to come undone easily, and the plastic shell inside can fall out. The blades are magnetically secured, so I haven't had any big messes, but if you like to work fast and loose, things like this could annoy you.
